Please note: We always appreciate it when our Donation Partners keep us in mind and share our mission. When we turn down donations we do so with regret and we hope you understand. We cannot accept donations that we know we cannot sell in the store. We also do not accept upholstered furniture from a home of a smoker and those covered in pet hair or pet odor. The cost and time to dispose of these items are substantial.

It is highly recommended that donation partners call the Warehouse Team ahead of time to pre-screen and schedule a drop-off donation. Our Warehouse Team has the responsibility to turn down donations of furniture and decor that are on our “Do Not Accept List” and any other items that are not of the quality or kind that will re-sell in our store.

Please note: There might be times when you see something in our Acceptable List that we temporarily aren’t taking due to the current high volume in the store. We ask for your understanding.

Please note: We require your donations to be in your garage to maximize the number of pick-ups our team can do each day and to protect the inside of your home. If you are in an elevated building or don’t have a garage – we are happy to discuss possible arrangements!
