Our community development strategy begins with strategic church partnerships; Outreach partners with area churches who share a concern for the most vulnerable residents in their communities. We then enter into a community listening and discernment process that helps us decide how to put our mission into action, providing a full range of charitable, educational, religious and community development activities. Together with our church partners, we help communities and individuals realize their God-given potential.
